CLASS LEVELS - all classes are open to students at any level of their practice and are considered to be "mixed level" classes, unless indicated otherwise. Modifications and additional assistance are offered throughout the class. Props are available through the studio as well.
Hot Yoga/Cold Beer- An asana practice built to flow and sweat combined with cold beer after.
Buti Yoga - is a dynamic and powerful asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance, cardio-sprints and deep core engagement. Open to women and men - for all levels!
DEEP Yoga - is a restorative movement sequence that utilizes the spiral structure technique; it is low impact and focuses on micro-movements.
Bowspring Yoga - The Bowspring is a postural template that can be applied universally to any yoga pose, athletic movement or any functional posture for optimal performance
Hatha/Flow - The Hatha portion is designed to align and calm your mind, body and spirit through movement. The flow portion of the class will repeat a series of poses to increase body heat, strength and sweat.
Vinyasa Flow - In this class, students will coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next, increasing body heat, strength and sweat.
Student Yoga - This is a hatha/flow combination class designed to help students reduce and eliminate stress, improve concentration, posture and core. This class has a $5.00 drop in fee with a valid student ID.
