Buti Flow - All the fun of Buti Yoga with fewer cardio sprints. Spend a little more time in the postures, then add in the Buti flair!
Hot Buti Yoga - Buti Yoga with zero cardio sprints; the studio is heated to 90 degrees or higher. Expect powerful vinyasa yoga, primal/tribal movement, and abdominal toning. Be sure to hydrate well for up to 2 hours before the class.
Inferno Hot Pilates - Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines pilates principles with high intensity interval training and heat.
Yin Yoga - A slow paced style of yoga that requires you to hold poses longer.
Empower Hour - Vinyasa Flow class for one strict hour that will empower you.
Advanced Vinyasa - This is a vinyasa flow class that requires experienced practitioners to attend if you are not experienced please let the instructor know.
Mystic Mama Women's Yoga - A prenatal based class for all women even if they are not pregnant who want to explore and nourish the body and mind. Slow paced class.
Chocolate Yoga - This class is based on the cycles of the moon. There will be a full moon intention accompanied by a Cacao beverage from Guatamala. Cacao has been used in ceremony for centuries. We use the cacao to open our hearts in our yoga practice and to embrace our intentions.
